Donation to Retired Senior Volunteer Program 2025
We recently spread some cheer to the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) in Washington County on December 11, 2025. They do a lot of good for so many, and any time we can partner or support their mission, we are proud to! This year, we were able to support their Coat Drive with a $500 donation!

We started this tradition a few years ago, and our members said they would be ok not seeing cheese until the new year after all the tray prep!

Even in the colder months and recent weather, our members have found ways to Serve!Under the Lions Club District OH 7 My Very Own Blanket project, our club made 100 tie blankets for Foster Kids in SE Ohio Today, we delivered to Noble and Monroe Counties Children Services 60 blankets to children in need. Morgan County Children’s Services will receive the other 40 blankets, as our other Washington County Lions Clubs (Beverly Lions) serviced the Washington County Children Services needs. 100th Anniversary Celebration October 13, 2024
Tonight, we had the pleasure to host Lions from near and far to celebrate our momentous occasion – our 100th anniversary of our chartering. 100 years, thousands of lives impacted, and thousands of hours served – and we will continue to Serve! Thank you to Josh Schlicher, Mayor of Marietta Ohio for the proclamation, IPID KittyandRon Keller for serving as our keynote speaker, and all the Lions from our club and others for celebrating with us! Thinking About our Educators
Back to school is usually all about the kiddos, but this year we wanted to make sure our educators knew that we were thinking about them too! Our Service Chair delivered 203 items/packs of teacher supplies and 66 snacks to Marietta Elementary School this week to help them kick off the year!
