We have 2 months left on our collection of soft plastics, to receive a Trex bench! We need 128.5 lbs to get to our goal of 500 lbs collected. Please report your service hours you have put in, making our tie blankets! I know it took my mom and I 1.5 for one, 40 minutes, and then 25 minutes, for a total of 2.5 hours each – so I am reporting 5 hours toward that project for our club (and adding it with all the other effort including the delivery). Today, Dec. 16, 2022, was a great way for our club to kick off our small holiday break! Lion Linda Burnworth helped us remember all the good we’ve done this year, as well as memorable programs. She also rewarded us all with memory gifts from throughout the year. She also coordinated an ugliest Christmas Sweater contest, which many participated in, including 3 dogs! Ultimately, Lion President Greg Ingram was the winner in his hideous pink sweater!
