A zone meeting brings together the clubs from Washington and Morgan counties to share food, fun, and fellowship – as well as great ideas and service projects!District Governor Lilane Fox presented a lot of great information – including our district service project!Marietta Noon was also recognized for their recent donations toward pediatric cancer research here in Ohio.

We were honored to have Ron Stalnaker from the Blennerhassett Chapter of Trout Unlimited speak to us today at our lunch meeting. His speech was so engaging that we forgot to take a picture! What he and his organization are doing to help preserve our watersheds and streams is nothing short of extraordinary. One of the Lions pillars is Environment so this was a great way to hear how other groups are doing their part.
